Annual General Meeting – Monday 16th February 2026
We warmly invite and welcome parents to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, 16th February. Join us in the library from 6:00pm for light refreshments and nibbles before the meeting begins at 6.30pm.
The AGM is an excellent opportunity for parents to engage with the Governing Council, Leadership Team, and staff, celebrate our school’s achievements and highlights from the past year, and participate in shaping the school’s future.
It is also a chance for parents to nominate for the 2026 Governing Council and/or join one of our sub-committees, which help support and guide a range of school activities.
Further information including nomination details posted here.
Student Use of Mobile Phones and Personal Devices Policy
A reminder that a ‘Student Use of Mobile Phones and Personal Devices Policy’ was introduced to schools in 2024.
We ask that parents are familiar with this policy which relates to personal devices not being carried / worn by studentsduring the school day. Note personal devices, include mobile phones and smart watches that are capable of sending or receiving messages or calls and/or able to connect to the internet.

Safety, Traffic and Parking
A friendly reminder to families to please follow local council parking rules, especially when using the ‘drop-off and pick-up’ zones on Murrays Hill Rd and Heath Lane.
Please be considerate of local residents when parking close to the school for any length of time. Please note:
-
Local Council Rangers often attend schools unexpectedly to monitor these areas and will issue infringement notices as they deem appropriate.
-
Vehicles entering the drop off / pick up zones (Murrays Hill and Heath Lane) must continue through the zone if a temporary parking space is unavailable – this prevents traffic building up on Murrays Hill Road and Heath Lane.
-
The staff car park is not to be used for the drop off and pick up of children as doing so is dangerous and causes congestion – unless using the disability access park and displaying a permit.
-
We ask parents to refrain from parking in the staff car park after 7.30am in the morning and before 5.00pm in the afternoon. If accessing OSHC please temporarily park in the drop off / pick up zone.
-
Please contact the front office for emergency access.
